We file TDR but Indian railway returns only maximum 50 %. I was not happy with their decision and wrote a mail to IRCTC and they forwarded mail to Indian railway. I got a reply from IRCTC that Indian railway has considered your concern but I haven't received my amount yet now. So, I have raised concern again with Indian railway.

As many of us wouldn't noticed that round of 5 RS is being added into base fare. But, I noticed and have raised concern with Indian railways.

Few days back, I heard that Railway is planning to introduce new cancellation rule for group tickets. There would be no refunds on that ticket who is going to be cancelled because this is a not a individual ticket. I have already lodged a grievance against this but haven't received any response because still under process.

All most all aspirants of civil services follow Yojna and Kurukshetra but these were not being updated on portal. So, I lodged grievance here  Public grievance portal  and within a month all Yojna magazines were available on portal.

Hindi translation of English into UPSC mains paper have always been a point of issue where Hindi medium students claims that translation is not adequate. A simple English word translates into complex Hindi word which consumes a lot of time during mains paper due to complex Hindi word.

I had a counter ticket of 26th May-2015 and train was running late by more than 6 Hrs. I took different train from and came to Delhi. I went to file TDR within 24 Hr but Railway person didn't accept. So, I again lodge a complain here  Public Grievance Portal  and got resolution.

I had a connection in Noida and took transfer to Delhi but subsidy amount is not transferred into my account. I was approaching to gas agency but no action taken. Again, I raised a complain here  Public Grievance Portal  and got resolution in a fortnight. I received subsidy amount by cash from agency. Reply from Sales office Receipt_From_Agency

We all face some problems with Indian Railway while travelling in a train and thinks about to raise concern but don't know the place. Recently, I faced water issue into my coach and lodged a grievance here  Public Grievance portal  and Indian Railway imposed a fine of 1000 RS on washing section. You  can check your status, can send reminders also. You can also enquire something what's in your mind but that should be logical.
