Subsidy Amount is Not Transferred

I had a connection in Noida and took transfer to Delhi but subsidy amount is not transferred into my account. I was approaching to gas agency but no action taken. Again, I raised a complain here Public Grievance Portal and got resolution in a fortnight. I received subsidy amount by cash from agency.

TDR Against Counter Booked Ticket

I had a counter ticket of 26th May-2015 and train was running late by more than 6 Hrs. I took different train from and came to Delhi. I went to file TDR within 24 Hr but Railway person didn't accept. So, I again lodge a complain here Public Grievance Portal and got resolution.
