Service issue with Indian railway

We all face some problems with Indian Railway while travelling in a train and thinks about to raise concern but don't know the place. Recently, I faced water issue into my coach and lodged a grievance here Public Grievance portal and Indian Railway imposed a fine of 1000 RS on washing section. You can check your status, can send reminders also. You can also enquire something what's in your mind but that should be logical.

Validity of e-AADHAAR

Many citizens of India haven't received their AADHAAR card through post and sometimes when we submit e-AADHAAR to any institutions then refuse because this is not physical card. So, I raised this concern and I got it a letter from GOI. We all can use a authorization letter. Please find here

Haryana PWD is not doing their duty sincerly.

More than 10 thousand employees have been working here (Unitech Infospace IT SEZ SEc-21 Dundahera Gurgaon Haryana Pin-122016). But road around this SEZ is totally in bad shape, due to this a huge traffic stuck near by office area during office entry and exit time. This is just because due to poor urban planning. Water gets lodged here during rainy season just due to improper draining system. Executive of each office met with executive of PWD, PWD decided to up the level of road. They started work but left the work in the middle. I would like to know the answer of below questions: 1. Why work left in middle? 2. Was there any fund issue? 3. Who was heading this project? 4. Who took this contract? 5. What time you decided to complete this construction? 6. How much it has completed?
