We all face some problems with Indian Railway while travelling in a train and thinks about to raise concern but don't know the place. Recently, I faced water issue into my coach and lodged a grievance here Public Grievance portal and Indian Railway imposed a fine of 1000 RS on washing section. You can check your status, can send reminders also. You can also enquire something what's in your mind but that should be logical.
Many citizens of India haven't received their AADHAAR card through post and sometimes when we submit e-AADHAAR to any institutions then refuse because this is not physical card. So, I raised this concern and I got it a letter from GOI. We all can use a authorization letter. Please find here
